The hiking trip this year was Havasu falls. We had all heard stories of how pretty it is, and after being there, neither the stories or my pictures do it justice. Simply stunning scenery.
It takes an hour of driving past the nearest “town” to get to the trailhead, which is simply a parking lot. 10 miles of hiking later (with a 65+ lb pack) you get to the good stuff. Highly suggested, just go early or late in the season to avoid the tourist rush.
For all the photographers out there, yes, there is a fair amount of HDR here. The canyon is a very stark place, and you dont get the soft sunlight from dawn or dusk due to the canyon walls.

The water is so clear, you cant easily tell there is over 2 foot of water here
