2008 Chiditarod - Team CPD'oh

On 3 days notice, we put together a team, built costumes (Thanks Mom!) and a cart, and ran the Chiditarod. Its a spoof on the real Iditarod, with 4 Dogs (runners) 1 sled (Cart) and 1 Musher (runner). Prizes were given for best costume, fastest time etc. The whole event was to deliver food for charity, which is what the carts were full of. Josie was musher, Sandy, Winnie, Michael Shaun and I were runners, and Jill was our support group, photographer and food guard (why run 4 miles with40+ lbs of food when you can drop it off in a car right in front of the finish line and have someone guard it til you get there to pick it up and cross the line???) .
